Horrible experience after spending lots of money with this company over the yearsI hate to have to write this, but I ordered a swimsuit from Berry Beach back in December and still have not received it. I’ve emailed and called multiple times with little to no response. I did receive two emails in February stating that my order would be on the way, but here we are months later and still no swimsuit. To make matters worse, I keep getting messages asking me to leave a review, yet my issue remains completely unresolved. I have also requested a refund and have received no response regarding that either. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. At this point, I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.
